1. Appointment Policy
To ensure dedicated 1-on-1 personalized artistry for every client, The Ombré Nail Salon operates strictly by prior appointment. Walk-ins are subject to technician availability.
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled by calling +91 75070 66991 or messaging @theombrenailbar.
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your slot. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening of service steps to avoid delaying subsequent client appointments.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: We kindly request at least 4 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2. Services & Pricing
All service prices (gel extensions, ombré nail art, overlays, refills, and academy courses) listed on our website or menu card are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Custom 3D or intricate art pricing will be communicated during consultation prior to service execution.
3. Salon Memberships
Salon membership packages offer discounted rates and complimentary benefits. Memberships are non-transferable and valid for the specified tenure from date of purchase.
4. Nail Art Academy Training Courses
Course enrollment for The Ombré Nail Academy requires advance registration. Course materials, certification criteria, and attendance schedules are detailed upon enrollment. Fees paid for training courses are non-refundable once classes commence.
5. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content, photography, branding, logo designs, text, and artwork displayed on salon.ombrenails.shop are the intellectual property of The Ombré Nail Salon by Labdhi. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
